It was an amazing weekend for our Team of athletes. Meriza and Khay both looked amazing, and rocked the stage at the NPC/IFBB California championships, with their Sexy-Strong Swagger, leaving the sold-out crowd of Veterans Memorial Auditorium cheering, hungry for more! And as the smoke clears and the dust settles on another successful NPC/IFBB outing, my own training continues?

I?m so proud of ? and at the same time, inspired by ? the hard work and discipline exhibited by our MAN Sports girls, Meriza and Khay. Their success this weekend has motivated and inspired me to dig deep and stick it hard the last 9 weeks before the biggest show of my competitive career.

The time is now. Every single workout, every set, every rep, must be as intense as it ever was, full on ballz out, hard and heavy?but with the presence of mind to pay attention to details, so as to carefully craft my physique into the masterpiece that will be my best package the world has yet to see from this body. It?s time to pick it up, take it up a notch, and take this machine to ?11?!

Here?s some crazy-fun back training footage we shot earlier this year with a buddy of mine, John Hendrickson.? John is now out to sea, on deployment, serving our nation in the U.S. Navy.? He?s still checkin? in, and tells me that he?s throwin? the heavy iron around on the ship?and he found a small galley that serves chicken breast all day long ? so I bet ya he?s also growing pretty large by now.? John, we thank you for your service, and wish you safe, speedy return.?
