Formula 1 deity David Coulthard catches golf ball at 120mph driving a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster
There was a time when golf and sports cars had nothing in common, except the fact that men simply adore both. Recently, professional golfer Jake Shepherd and Formula 1 star David Coulthard set out to mark a place from them-selves in the Guinness Book of World Records armed with golf clubs, tees, golf balls and a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster. Together, the duo achieved a tremendous feat with Shepherd striking the ball at the Dunsfold Aerodrome in England at a whopping 178mph and Coulthard plucking the ball out of the air some 900 feet away, travelling at 120 mph in the Roadster!Mercedes-Benz will debut the video of the feat in July, proving to the public the real-world capability of the super luxurious and extravagantly fast SLS AMG Roadster.
