CAMEROON ? The Cameroonian Baseball and Softball Federation organized the ?Mount Cameroon Baseball Series? in partnership with the African Baseball Network.
This event took place under the High Patronage of President of the National Olympic Committee and sports of Cameroon, the Colonel Kalkaba Malbom who was assisted by Mr Yomba Vincent de Paul, 1st Vice-President of the F?d?ration Camerounaise de Baseball and Softball and Mr Awasum Junior, President and founder of the African Baseball Network.
The ?Mount Cameroon Series? have helped public, Live Meeting minimal category Baseball between the ?gold diggers? club at the club ?wonder dream?. Then, meeting category Senior Baseball, vetoed two selections consist of best players in Baseball in Cameroon.
Thus, through this event, ended a series of intense activities extended over more than two weeks, during which, it was question of FARC players of various categories in the Federation to maintain the spirit of competition and strengthen ties of friendship between the players. It has also been question to show to the public and to the Cameroonian sports authorities, the will of the Cameroonian Federation of Baseball and Softball to follow the guidelines of the International Olympic Committee in the promotion of youth and women in sport.
With the support of the African Baseball Network, a large stock of game equipment was received by the Minister of sport and Physical Education. This will surely help a better development of passionate Baseball athletes.
